You've stopped looking for a model to copy.
Good: there isn't one.
The real shift, for anyone who leads, is to stop looking outside for what you already have. The answer is yours — what's missing are the questions to draw it out, and a method to turn it into a decision. That's the BE5 Method. That's Be Your Example.

Moments when a structured conversation makes the difference
It rarely takes a crisis — often just the point where complexity outgrows the space you have to think it through.
- An important decision you keep postponing.
- A weight of responsibility that is hard to carry alone.
- The need to delegate without losing sight of what matters.
- A team to realign after a change.
- A new role or an organisational transformation to navigate.
- Stakeholders and conflicts that drain energy and clarity.
- Too many priorities and too little clarity on where to focus.
What coaching is (and isn't)
A structured space to think better and decide better — with someone beside you who asks the right questions, not who hands you the answers.
Coaching is a partnership: through listening and questions it creates the conditions for you to see more clearly, broaden your options, and choose more consciously — assuming you already have the resources to do so.
A process that follows your agenda, not a script
Every process starts from your objective and your context. Broadly, we move through five phases — the BE5 Method — resting on a phase zero: self-awareness.
- Objectives. Clarify where you want to go and what truly matters to you.
- Resources. Make visible the strengths, resources, and constraints already there.
- Action plan. Turn options into coherent actions that you choose.
- Action. Take the first steps in your real context.
- Feedback. See what works, adjust, consolidate.
A coach who knows the complexity of decision-making from the inside
I've worked in ICT for over fourteen years, and for almost ten I've held roles of responsibility: today I lead the global IT infrastructure and operations of a pharmaceutical company. A regulated environment, large-scale transformations, carve-outs and M&A integrations, teams and vendors across several countries. Decisions that carry weight, real constraints, responsibility for people and projects — I don't remember them, I live them while we talk.
That's what I bring to a session: someone you don't have to explain the context to, and with whom you don't have to pretend everything is under control. The questions, the perspective and the structure are mine to bring. The decisions stay yours.
It's also why I work with a maximum of 4-5 people at a time: coaching isn't a second job done in a hurry. Sessions are one every two weeks, and that's what makes it sustainable for both of us.

Who is coaching for?
For managers, entrepreneurs, and professionals with leadership responsibility who want to face decisions, change, and complexity with greater clarity. It starts from your context and your objectives.
When is coaching not the right service?
When you need a technical answer or a turnkey operational solution (that's consulting), when you need someone to teach you a craft they've already mastered (that's mentoring), or when you're going through distress that calls for clinical or psychotherapeutic support. In those cases I'll tell you, and point you in the right direction where I can.
What's the difference between coaching, consulting, mentoring, and therapy?
Consulting delivers solutions and recommendations. Mentoring passes on the experience of someone who has walked your path. Therapy works on distress and the past in a clinical setting. Coaching assumes you are capable and resourceful: through listening, questions, and reflection it fosters awareness, options, and actions that you decide.
Is coaching online or in person?
Both: online (wherever you are) or in person in Monza and Milan.
Who decides the goals and actions?
You do. I bring questions, perspective, and structure; the priorities, choices, and actions remain yours.
