This notice describes how the personal data of users who visit this website and use the contact and booking forms and the self-assessment questionnaires is processed, in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (the "GDPR").

• Contact data provided voluntarily through the form: full name, email, phone, area of interest, goals/message, contact preferences and how you heard about us.
• Booking data provided through Google Calendar to schedule a session: name, email, chosen date and time.
• Self-assessment data provided by completing the questionnaires (Innovation Check / Leadership Check): name (optional), company (optional), email and the answers given. This data is not stored on the website: it is sent solely by email to you and to the Data Controller, together with the PDF report.
• Data for sending free materials (e.g. The Awareness Workbook): name (optional) and email, used only to send you the material and to contact you. Not stored on the website.
• Navigation data collected automatically (IP address, browser and device type, pages visited) through statistical analytics tools, subject to your consent.

3.Purposes and legal basis

• Responding to requests and providing information about coaching services — legal basis: consent and/or pre-contractual measures (Art. 6.1.a and 6.1.b GDPR).
• Managing session bookings — performance of pre-contractual measures (Art. 6.1.b GDPR).
• Sending the self-assessment report and contacting you about it — legal basis: consent (Art. 6.1.a GDPR).
• Statistical analysis and improvement of the website — consent (Art. 6.1.a GDPR).

4.How data is processed

Data is processed using electronic and IT tools, with appropriate security measures to prevent loss, unauthorised access and unlawful use. Processing is carried out by the Data Controller and by the processors listed in section 6.

5.Data retention

Contact and booking data is retained for the time needed to handle the request and in any case no longer than 24 months from the last contact, unless otherwise required by law or renewed by your interest. The self-assessment data is not stored on the website: it is only sent by email and remains in the respective mailboxes. Analytics data is retained according to the retention settings of the relevant tool.

6.Recipients and data processors

Data may be processed by third-party providers acting as data processors on behalf of the Controller:

• Google Ireland Ltd. — Google Forms (contact form, loaded only with your consent via a dedicated button), Google Calendar (session booking, opened as an external link) and Google Analytics (statistics, enabled only with your consent).
• OVH (OVHcloud) — website hosting service.

The website fonts are hosted directly on our own server (self-hosting): displaying them involves no call to Google and no transfer of your IP address to third parties. Data is never disclosed or sold to third parties for marketing purposes.

7.Data transfers outside the EU

Some providers (in particular Google) may process data outside the European Economic Area, for example in the United States. Such transfers take place on the basis of appropriate safeguards, such as the Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission and/or adherence to the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.

8.Your rights

Under Articles 15-22 of the GDPR you have the right to: access your data, request its rectification or erasure, restrict or object to its processing, request its portability, and withdraw consent at any time. You can exercise these rights by writing to info@maurizioamodio.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (www.garanteprivacy.it).

9.Cookies

This website uses:

• Technical cookies, necessary for the correct operation of the site. These do not require consent.
• Third-party cookies and services set by the Google Forms contact form (loaded only after your consent, via a dedicated button) and by Google Analytics, which may collect navigation data and your IP address. These are activated only with your consent. The website fonts are self-hosted and involve no calls to external servers.

You can manage your preferences at any time through the dedicated banner or by changing your browser settings. Disabling certain cookies may limit some site features.

The Controller reserves the right to amend this notice at any time. Any changes will be published on this page together with the relevant update date.
