2.Dati raccoltiData we collect
- Dati di contatto forniti volontariamente tramite il modulo: nome e cognome, email, telefono, area di interesse, obiettivi/messaggio, preferenze di contatto e come ci hai conosciuto.
- Dati di prenotazione forniti tramite Google Calendar per fissare una sessione: nome, email, data e ora scelte.
- Dati di navigazione raccolti automaticamente (indirizzo IP, tipo di browser e dispositivo, pagine visitate) tramite strumenti di analisi statistica, previo consenso.
- Contact data provided voluntarily through the form: full name, email, phone, area of interest, goals/message, contact preferences and how you heard about us.
- Booking data provided through Google Calendar to schedule a session: name, email, chosen date and time.
- Navigation data collected automatically (IP address, browser and device type, pages visited) through statistical analytics tools, subject to your consent.

- Gestire le prenotazioni delle sessioni — esecuzione di misure precontrattuali (art. 6.1.b GDPR).
- Analisi statistica e miglioramento del sito — consenso (art. 6.1.a GDPR).
- Responding to requests and providing information about coaching services — legal basis: consent and/or pre-contractual measures (Art. 6.1.a and 6.1.b GDPR).
- Managing session bookings — performance of pre-contractual measures (Art. 6.1.b GDPR).
- Statistical analysis and improvement of the website — consent (Art. 6.1.a GDPR).
4.Modalità del trattamentoHow data is processed
I dati sono trattati con strumenti informatici e telematici, adottando misure di sicurezza adeguate a prevenirne la perdita, gli accessi non autorizzati e gli usi illeciti. Il trattamento è effettuato dal Titolare e dai responsabili indicati al punto 6.
Data is processed using electronic and IT tools, with appropriate security measures to prevent loss, unauthorised access and unlawful use. Processing is carried out by the Data Controller and by the processors listed in section 6.
5.Conservazione dei datiData retention
I dati di contatto e prenotazione sono conservati per il tempo necessario a gestire la richiesta e comunque non oltre 24 mesi dall'ultimo contatto, salvo diversi obblighi di legge o un tuo rinnovato interesse. I dati di analisi statistica sono conservati secondo le impostazioni di conservazione del relativo strumento.
Contact and booking data is retained for the time needed to handle the request and in any case no longer than 24 months from the last contact, unless otherwise required by law or renewed by your interest. Analytics data is retained according to the retention settings of the relevant tool.
6.Destinatari e responsabili del trattamentoRecipients and data processors
I dati possono essere trattati da fornitori terzi che agiscono come responsabili del trattamento per conto del Titolare:
- Google Ireland Ltd. — Google Forms e Google Calendar (moduli di contatto e prenotazione), Google Analytics (statistiche), Google Fonts (font del sito).
- OVH (OVHcloud) — servizio di hosting del sito.
I dati non sono diffusi né ceduti a terzi per finalità di marketing.
Data may be processed by third-party providers acting as data processors on behalf of the Controller:
- Google Ireland Ltd. — Google Forms and Google Calendar (contact and booking), Google Analytics (statistics), Google Fonts (website fonts).
- OVH (OVHcloud) — website hosting service.
Data is never disclosed or sold to third parties for marketing purposes.
7.Trasferimento dei dati fuori dall'UEData transfers outside the EU
Alcuni fornitori (in particolare Google) possono trattare i dati anche al di fuori dello Spazio Economico Europeo, ad esempio negli Stati Uniti. Tali trasferimenti avvengono sulla base di garanzie adeguate, quali le Clausole Contrattuali Standard approvate dalla Commissione Europea e/o l'adesione al Data Privacy Framework UE-USA.
Some providers (in particular Google) may process data outside the European Economic Area, for example in the United States. Such transfers take place on the basis of appropriate safeguards, such as the Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission and/or adherence to the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.
